Nalani is a zebra knight in service to Queen Mida and the Nui Kingdom on Archibast. As the granddaughter of the legendary Master Kimo Baja, she represents the intersection of royal service and the planet’s martial traditions. She aspires to become the head knight of the royal guard, a position previously held by Master Terada before his disappearance.

Nalani comes from a distinguished lineage - her grandfather Kimo Baja is one of the most respected masters among the Wind Druids, earning his position through exceptional skill rather than noble birth.

As a knight, Nalani takes seriously her duty to protect Queen Mida and solve problems facing the kingdom’s citizens. This dedication led her to hire the Fists of Mercy for various missions, recognizing their growing reputation after their victory over Cabo on Mercy.

Nalani’s service became complicated when she was confronted by the sea dragon Vida. Unable to match his power, she was forced into some form of arrangement or deal to help the dragon in exchange for him not eating Queen Mida and her baby.
